Duration: 12 MonthsJob Description:
We are seeking an experienced Network/Telecom Specialist to provide expert support for network server and data center operations. This hybrid role requires onsite presence two to three days a week and involves solving complex issues related to endpoint security infrastructure management and systems administration. The specialist will lead projects and manage timelines while providing primary support for Windows systems and network hardware.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for MS Windows systems software and network hardware.
- Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets effectively.
- Handle disaster recovery processes for data centers.
- Oversee backup VMWare Windows Active Directory and cloud technologies.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical groups.
