Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to enhance our Mainframe Hosting services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in z/OS and systems programming ensuring the optimal performance of operating systems and software installations. This role involves customizing software monitoring system performance and providing solutions to technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and customize software in accordance with state standards.
- Set security rules utilizing z/OS Resource Access Control Facility (RACF).
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Analyze and resolve issues reported by clients and internal teams.
- Document systems and compose technical bulletins for clients.
Technical Skills Required:
- z/OS Systems experience: 3 Years
- CICS TS installation: 3 Years
- Experience with subsystems (CICS/IMS/RACF) and storage management: 3 Years
- CICS debugging and analysis: 3 Years
