Job Description

Position: Data Migration Field Support Technician
Location: Boise ID (83702)
Client: State of Idaho
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Migration Field Support Technician to assist with the Idaho Supreme Courts Office 365 migration project. This role involves traveling across the state performing hardware deployments and facilitating the migration of emails and documents to a central M365 tenant. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation configuration and troubleshooting of desktop/laptop hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Migrate customer data from decommissioned devices to new equipment.
  • Onboard new users to Microsoft 365 including SharePoint OneDrive and Outlook.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and assist with processing surplus equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to court staff and local administration.
