Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Contact Center Engineer to enhance our NICE CXone platform. This role involves coding troubleshooting and maintaining various systems to improve user experience and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in cloud engineering and a passion for developing innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in NICE InContact CXone (ACD IVR Auto Dialer OMNIChannel WFM Studio)
- Proficiency in NICE CXOne Studio
- Programming experience in C# C Java JavaScript or Python
- Ability to develop maintain and troubleshoot webservice API calls
- Strong problemsolving skills and experience with interaction analytics
