Job Description
Job Title : Machine Learning /MLOps Engineer
Location : San Antonio TX (Onsite)
Duration /Term: Long Term Contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Implementing Data Ingestion Pipelines: Build batch and streaming data pipelines at petabyte scale.
- Building & Deploying AI/ML Models: Experience in developing and deploying machine learning / AI models in the cloud.
- Machine Learning Experiments: Run ML tests perform statistical analysis and finetune using test results.
- Research and Implement ML Tools: Experiment with and implement suitable ML algorithms and tools.
- Data Infrastructure Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to address datarelated technical issues and support data infrastructure needs.
- Optimize and Scale Infrastructure: Enhance data delivery processes and redesign infrastructure for scalability.
- Process Improvement: Identify design and implement internal process improvements for efficiency.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years in data engineering including 3 years of MLOps experience.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL: Strong coding skills especially in Python and SQL.
- ML Pipeline Expertise: Experience with data and ML pipeline implementation using Python R SQL Docker Kubernetes and Domino Data Lab.
- Experience with Snowflake AWS and Kafka: Expertise in cloud platforms and data tools.
- Scheduling Tools: Experience with ControlM and Airflow for managing data workflows.
- Agile Development: Familiar with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong Mathematical & Algorithm Knowledge: Deep understanding of math probability statistics and algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Interpersonal & Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
Additional Skills:
- GenAI and AWS SageMaker: Experience with GenAI and SageMaker is a plus.
- Certifications: Snowflake and AWS certifications are preferred.
- Financial Domain Experience: A plus for candidates with experience in the financial domain.
