What Youll Do
- Plan coordinate and oversee all phases of the construction project ensuring it aligns with specifications and meets quality standards
- Manage project timelines budget and resources to ensure efficient and costeffective completion of the battery manufacturing facility
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams architects and contractors to address design modifications and ensure compliance with regulations
- Supervise and lead a multidisciplinary construction team fostering a collaborative and safetyfocused work environment
- Implement and enforce strict protocols for handling highly sensitive tools and equipment within clean room environments
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly
- Manage trade contractors ensuring they adhere to project specifications safety guidelines and timelines
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in managing largescale construction projects preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector that were groundup and/or retrofit projects
- Indepth knowledge of mechanical electrical plumbing and process systems
- Familiarity with clean room protocols and the integration of highly sensitive tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges
- Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field to ensure project objectives are being met
