Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Logic Monitor Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LogicMonitor and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The role will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and Maintain Logic Monitor platform including config upgrade and fine tune.
- Develop and implement Monitoring strategies and best practices
- Create and manage dashboards alerts and reports
- Integrate and customize Logic Monitor with other IT systems.
- Customize monitoring templates and scripts
- Troubleshoot and support monitoring issues
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure networking and system performance
- Min 5 yrs experience in Logic monitor or similar tool.
