Senior Manager Client Services
Client is seeking to hire a Senior Director of New Business Sales to manage and expand the footprint of the client Business Process Management/Outsourcing across new client accounts in the Energy Utilities and Telecom domain. The Senior Director is responsible for creating new business and opening new accounts for client. This roles expectation is to utilize current contacts to open doors to new logos to our existing client base.
Role Description:
- Hunter role with expectation to utilize existing contacts to introduce client to new logos.
- Business development: Manage and build a pipeline. Own the opportunity management cycle: ProspectEvaluateProposeClose
- Solution Development: Collaborate with offshore Solution teams to understand clients needs aspirations and customize our solutions to meet them. Collaborate with offshore solution technology pricing and delivery teams to drive AI and automation rich solutions.
- Commercial negotiations: Must understand commercial and pricing models and understand art of commercial negotiation.
Required Experience:
- Understanding and experience in the Energy Utilities and Telecom sectors.
- Significant experience in new business development and closing large deals. experience
- Ability to utilize extensive contact list to bring in new logo business.
- Proven track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level
- Understanding of sales cycle key influencers budget cycles and clients bid process.
- Handson experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
- Ability to guide and collaborate with internal client cross functional teams.
- Strong leadership interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Having a wide variety of BPO Management Consulting and Business Consulting Engagement experience.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 14 years of experience with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record as a Hunter with the ability to bring new contacts and new logos with extensive connections within the domain.
- Knowledge of Energy Utilities and Telecom industry trends and insights.
- Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers in BPO outsourcing space.
- Global Delivery Model experience.
- Global Business Services experience.
