Job Description
Title: ABAP Developer With CDS View
Location: Memphis TN (Remote)
Type: Contract
Description:
- Minimum 8 years of SAP development experience in ABAP custom programming across different areas (i.e. Function Modules Interfaces Data Migration Forms Screens BADI and UserExits etc.) in SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4HANA projects
- Minimum 2 years of SAP Development Lead experience in medium to large sized customer projects implementing SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4HANA (onPremise or onCloud) projects.
- Resource should have experience working on CDS Views
- Handson experience in SAP HANA SQL based ABAP development objects employing Stored Procedures SQL Queries as per the client business requirements
- Knowledge of setup of standard Fiori Apps with (inapp sidebyside) Extensibility options using ABAP on SAP BTP (SAP Cloud Platform/ Business Technology Platform)
- Develop and implement ABAP WRICEF objects across key application areas of SAP (SD/ MM/ PP/ FICO/ PM etc.)
- Must possess handson experience in Integration solutions such as OData/ Web Services/ Proxies/ EDI/ SAP IDoc messages.
- Must have handson experience with SAP HANA Development using Core Data Services (CDS) and ABAP
- Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) Experience in carrying out analysis (SQL DB ABAP Application etc.) and implement SAP based Performance Tuning of ABAP programs.
- Develop SAP enterprise architectural designs for SAP application solutions.
- Prior experience defining systems strategy developing systems requirements designing and prototyping SAP applications (custom or standard).
- Share responsibility with other Solution Architects in completing the application testing training defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions
Project Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ABAP programming across different areas of SAP.
- Must be able to work in team activities that have deliverables in Requirements Gathering Gap Analysis and Technical Specifications Preparation Unit Test WRICEF solutions etc.
- Ability to lead discussions present ideas to audiences of all sizes and interact with client management and users from multiple countries.
- Good in analytical experience in SAP environment and understanding internal IT processes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines and able to prioritize work to meet the project deadlines.
- Must exhibit strong soft skills such as in written and verbal communication with excellent endcustomer presentation skills and interactive consulting skills.
- Knowledge on latest SAP application solution capabilities would be helpful in engaging with the customers on possible new areas of work.
- Must exhibit professionalism comply with standards and policies understand and respect team play.
