ITSM tools (ServiceNow) 7 Yrs of Exp
Risk Management 8 Yrs of Exp
Cloud Management and Support 5 Years
DevOps 8
CosmosDB MongoDB 5 Years
Grafana 3 Years
Good To have Skills Python/Go 7 Years
Mandatory Skills: Azure DevOps Postman ServiceNow Splunk Grafana Cosmos DB Mongo DB
Optional Skills: Automation & scripting experience (Shell Python)
710 years of Experience
Strong knowledge in Azure Infrastructure maintenance and support
Should have strong knowledge in Azure Cloud
Strong knowledge of DevOps technologies and tools such as Jenkins Gitlab etc.
Excellent skills on analyzing identifying troubleshooting and rectifying application infrastructure issues
Should be able to do handson with Ops activities including application monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
Experience in tools such as Splunk AppDynamics Grafana etc.
Experience in Cosmos DB and Mongo DB
Ability to Lead a team of 1015 members
Should have experience in Operations and BizOps support roles
Experience in API test tools such as Postman Swagger
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
Programming or scripting experience in Python or Go is a plus
Write automation scripts based on business requirements
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge in Agile/Kanban
