Job Description

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities centered around testing and maintaining ASIC (ApplicationSpecific Integrated Circuit) components. Key duties include:

Performing functional performance and reliability testing on ASIC components.

Documenting test results including tracking pass/fail statuses issues encountered and steps for debugging or troubleshooting.

Tracking inventory and providing technical support especially in diagnosing and troubleshooting PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) at the component level.

Generating comprehensive test reports that outline test results and any required actions.

Maintaining hardware and ensuring that all testing stations are functioning optimally by making modifications as needed.

Navigating the Linux operating system including utilizing the terminal and executing relevant commands throughout the testing process.

Addressing and supporting internal customer needs in relation to testing and hardware modifications.

Responsible for testing ASIC uploading test logs inventory tracking supporting PCB troubleshooting down to component level conducting diagnostics or maintaining hardware. Additional duties will be working to ensure that the testing stations are up and running correctly and making modifications as needed and respond to internal customer needs.
