Business Analysis:
Facilitate meetings interview stakeholders and review existing documentation to document as is and to be business processes.
Work with stakeholders to develop business requirements documents and functional and technical specifications using department standard templates.
Work with developers and technical analysts to design configure and implement the to be process in the system.
Develop and execute test cases to ensure the to be business processes are implemented as required.
Participate as a team member on larger project implementations or act as lead for small to medium sized projects following the Client Software Development Life Cycle Methodology.
