Job summary:
We are seeking a skilled Logic Monitor Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LogicMonitor and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The role will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Administer and Maintain Logic Monitor platform including config upgrade and fine tune.
Develop and implement Monitoring strategies and best practices
Create and manage dashboards alerts and reports
Integrate and customize Logic Monitor with other IT systems.
Customize monitoring templates and scripts
Troubleshoot and support monitoring issues
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure networking and system performance
Min 5 yrs experience in Logic monitor or similar tool.
