We are looking for a motivated Change Management Communications Specialist to develop and execute communication strategies that support organizational changes. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication plans for organizational changes ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver timely and effective change communications.
- Create engaging communication materials such as emails presentations FAQs and updates.
- Document and communicate the impacts of organizational changes on processes and stakeholders.
- Identify and address communication risks or gaps to mitigate misunderstandings.
- Provide communication support during project meetings and translate key action items into messaging.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of communications through metrics related to stakeholder engagement.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Business Organizational Development or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications particularly in change management or project coordination.
- Proven ability to create and execute communication strategies for largescale organizational changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative and able to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies is a plus.
