Responsibilities:
- Serve as Program Manager for the Mental Health First Aid Program across TN regions
- Conduct Mental Health First Aid training for Health Department staff and community partners
- Develop grantrelated reports and provide input on budget and work plans
- Create written communications reports and visual materials for internal and external audiences
- Mentor and support Mental Health First Aid instructors in assigned regions
- Conduct outreach to recruit and train target populations like first responders and educators
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required with 5 years of relevant experience in program or project management
- Substitutions: Additional experience may replace education; graduate coursework may replace experience
- Mental Health First Aid Instructor certification preferred
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Strong written communication organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in grant or contract management preferred
- REDCap experience preferred but not required
