Your maintask
- Inspiring leadership of an international team to strategically promote and sell the organizations products and services consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets while aligning with the companys overall sales vision
- Proactive analysis of market trends future needs and growth opportunities ensuring the team remains ahead of challenges and capitalizes on profit potential
- Skilled in identifying researching and connecting with new clients building longterm positive relationships that drive future sales and customer loyalty
- Champion customer feedback and monitor competitor activities enabling quick adaptation to shifting market conditions and evolving customer expectations
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans on an annual quarterly and monthly basis ensuring sustained growth and success
- Empowering and guiding a highperforming team of 20 professionals across Germany Austria and Switzerland fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven culture
Requirements
- 510 years of leadership experience managing teams across sales internal sales and technical sales functions
- Proven expertise in component business service business or comparable business models including distribution and OEM environments
- Solid project management experience providing valuable support and insights into sales and business operations
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is an added advantage
