Job Description
Title: Data Engineer
Location: Tampa FL
Duration: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data engineering services including data ingestion transformation and integration of diverse data sources (structured and unstructured).
- Deliver processed data to scalable data warehouse platforms with the potential to explore and design alternative solutions.
- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines ensuring efficient data flow and transformation processes.
- Utilize data management mining statistical analysis and visual analytics tools like SQL R Python Tableau and others.
- Apply and integrate machine learning algorithms models and emerging technologies such as large language models (LLMs) for data processing and analysis.
- Provide data management statistical analysis and visual analytic solutions compatible with customer network environments.
- Offer instructional support including documentation training and curriculum development to aid in the transition of developed analytic tools.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project completion and adherence to Government requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data engineering database management and data pipeline optimization.
- Expertise in SQL NoSQL data warehouse architecture and ETL tools.
- Strong experience in applying machine learning algorithms and models.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Minimum of six (6) years of applied experience or four (4) years beyond collegiatelevel coursework in advanced statistics or machine learning (ML).
- Experience in Python or R for statistical analysis and coding is highly preferred.
- Ability to train and transition developed capabilities to customer personnel.
This role is critical for enabling data scientists and analysts to efficiently access and leverage data driving valuable insights and supporting informed decisionmaking for key Government projects (Data Engineer).
