Job Description
Hope you are doing well. We have an open position for a Graphic Designer at Baton Rouge Louisiana. Pl. go through the below description and let me know your interest. If you are interested kindly share a copy of your resume along with the rate / salary and best time to reach you .
Location: Baton Rouge Louisiana (Hybrid 3 days Onsite)
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Meet with State staff to determine the scope of a project.
- Advise State on strategies to reach a particular audience.
- Determine the message the design should portray.
- Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
- Develop graphics for logos and websites.
- Select colors images text style and layout.
- Present the design to State.
- Incorporate changes recommended by the State into the final design.
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
- Ensure that coding standards are met optimizing the web architectures for navigability and accessibility.
- Utilize specialized graphic design software to prepare designs; Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- Bachelors degree
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills analytical skills and familiarity with a range of computer software
- Solid analytical and problemsolving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills required including data modeling and ad hoc analysis
- Available to work from Baton Rouge LA on a regular basis
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- Ability to discern key themes within large complex datasets
- Application of specialized skills within a government agency environment
- Skilled in project design and management
- Capability with PowerBi and Power Automate
- Experience in data visualization especially for external audiences.
