MidLevel CyberArk Engineer Location: Hybrid (Onsite twice per week in Washington DC)
Type: Contract to Hire
Experience: - A minimum of 5 years of experience providing business solutions engineering support including:
- Architectural design and engineering.
- Proof of concept development pilots analysis results and documentation.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying and implementing technology solutions that align with enterprise requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into technological solutions and identify the bestfit technologies.
- Conduct proofs of concept pilots and demos to evaluate the suitability of solutions.
- Analyze tradeoffs between competing solutions with datadriven assessments.
- Produce research and recommendation papers outlining alternatives evaluation criteria and recommendations.
In this role you will contribute to deploying and maintaining a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution working closely with senior engineers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless operation. Your work will involve collaborating with integrators managing roles and safes deploying software updates and preparing performance and security reports.
Youll also play a critical part in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities supporting oncall troubleshooting efforts and participating in annual disaster recovery testing. Additional duties include documenting contingency plans and managing operating system patching on vault appliances to meet security requirements and enhance reporting capabilities.
Top Qualifications Skills and Experience: - CyberArk Sentry Certification: Required certification demonstrating expertise in managing and safeguarding privileged accounts.
- CyberArk Implementation Experience: At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing CyberArk lifecycle management processes.
- Server Administration Expertise: 3 years of experience managing Windows Server 2019 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8 environments.
- Proficiency in Active Directory: Strong experience with account management Group Policy AD Schema PKI and automation using PowerShell.
- Database Management: Experience managing SQL Server 2019 including backups indexing maintenance and troubleshooting.
- CyberArk Configuration: Proven ability to configure CyberArk with networks cloud services storage and other IT systems.
Preferred Skills: - CyberArk and SailPoint Integration: Experience integrating CyberArk with SailPoint to enhance identity governance and privileged access management.
- Database Modeling: Ability to interpret and work with Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and manage SQL Server databases effectively.
