KFORCE URGENT REQUIREMENT
POSITION
Agile Coach
CLIENT
United Airlines
LOCATION
Chicago IL or Houston TX (onsite)
DURATION
6 Months
PAY
$6065/hour on w2
REQUIRED SKILLS
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach working with multiple teams simultaneously ideally across geographically distributed teams.
- Deep understanding of Scrum Kanban and Agile methodologies with a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices.
- Demonstrated experience guiding teams through sprint planning retrospectives and other Agile processes to deliver results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration between Scrum Masters Product Owners and teams.
- Proven ability to support team accountability clarity and performance through proactive coaching and leadership.
- Ability to tailor coaching methods based on team dynamics without relying on a rigid playbook ensuring alignment with team and organizational needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with global crossfunctional Agile teams in a largescale organization.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience driving transformation at the team level while working closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
- Ability to coach teams on building clarity accountability and improving performance through Agile Scrum and Kanban practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA Confluence and other Agile management tools to track progress and outcomes.
