Job Description
Designation Camp Coordinator
Job Type Full Time Regular
Age Preference 25 to 45 Years
Gender Preference Male
Location: Cuttack Khordha Jajpur Keonjhar Baleshor Mayurbhanj Dhanbad Ranchi
Qualification MSW or MBA in Rural Marketing / Graduate with Experience in NGO sector. Must have his own 2 wheeler and valid Licence
Experience Minimum 1 year of Experience in rural marketing or NGO sector experience in event management
Job Role
1) Responsible for preparing schedule of Camps (Rural Urban and Mobile Eye Clinic) one week in advance. Responsible for all community outreach activities.
2) Responsible for organizing awareness camp corporate camps and School Camps both rural & urban.
3) Responsible for organizing various events and invite local influential persons for such events.
4) Developing network and rapport with camp organizing agencies like Village Panchayat NGO s etc.
5) Ensuring adequate precamp publicity at camp site through banners posters news paper flyers etc.
6) Present @ Camp location to ensure good outflow of Patients and Manage the overall crowd with the help of Volunteers.
7) Providing appropriate information reports and statistics of camp.
8) Find out Sponsors to support the Camp Activity locally.
9) Responsible for corporate tieups and Responsible for tieups with schools and college to promote screening camps. 10) Attend present and complete necessary documentation for camp management team meetings. 11) Should be flexible to relocate to different district for certain period according to the demand of Organization. 12) Must be able to take and achieve the target given for Sales in the camp @ Block or District level.

SKILLS Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation of the project Familiarity with techniques of Monitoring & Evaluation; capable of producing clear, cogent and well thought out documents in English Ability to write project proposals for various donors Support the project to develop micro level action plans Ability to identify and introduce new strategic choices for achieving optimum results Ability to plan activities, prioritize schedules and review performance against objectives to achieve project goals. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English; Working knowledge of local language Good data management and analyzing skills Please note that we will be able to communicate only with shortlisted candidates at every stage of selection process. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Post Graduate Degree in Public Health / Social work / MBA (Rural/Hospital Mgt) from a recognized university. Candidates with Diploma in Project/General Management will be preferred. At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in Senior / Mid managerial level in NGO s / INGO s; Preferred working experience in Eye care projects/programmes Must be pro-active in job approach and mature in dealing with people.
