This is a remote position.

To make furniture consumption more flexible and sustainable! We re rethinking the way people choose their furniture handpicking the best products for durability. And because quality comes at a price we re offering an innovative alternative to traditional buying: subscription plans.
With this approach we provide premium furniture at low prices while giving the furniture multiple lives. More flexibility for our clients lower costs and a circular approach. That s what drives us!

Important: We are 100% remote and meet twice a year for team days. We also connect regularly at fairs and hosted events! Our product is validated our customer base is growing rapidly and demand is skyrocketing. To support our growth we re looking for the best talent ready to jump into this exciting adventure!
Your Role: Head of Sourcing
As the Head of Sourcing you will be at the heart of Enky s success ensuring that we offer the highest quality furniture at the best possible prices. You will lead the strategy behind all sourcing and procurement activities negotiating contracts and building longterm partnerships with suppliers. Your deep industry knowledge and knack for spotting trends will ensure that Enky remains ahead of the curve in delivering premium sustainable furniture to our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
Leadthe endtoend sourcing strategy for Enky from supplier selection to negotiation
and contract management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.
Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to maximize value while maintaining product
quality.
Identify new product trends materials and innovations in the furniture industry that
align with Enky s mission of sustainability and quality.
Collaborate with the operations and design teams to ensure a seamless supply chain
and ontime product delivery.
Monitor and assess supplier performance to ensure they meet quality standards and
delivery timelines.
Optimize inventory management processes ensuring we maintain the right balance
between stock availability and costefficiency
Requirements
Your Profile: The APlayer We Need
You have 5years of experience in sourcing or procurement ideally in the furniture or home goods sector.
You are a master negotiator with a proven track record of securing competitive pricing and favorable terms.
You re passionate about furniture design and stay up to date with the latest industry trends and innovations.
You have an extensive network of suppliers and manufacturers and you know how to build longterm partnerships.
You have a strategic mindset and are always looking for ways to optimize processes and reduce costs.
You are fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus!).
You re an independent worker capable of leading projects while collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
