Job Description
This Is a REMOTE COMMISION POSITION
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a CDL Driver Recruiter/Outsourcer. This position is ideal for someone with a keen interest in the trucking industry who possesses excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting qualified drivers with promising career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified CDL drivers.
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels including social media job boards and network referrals.
- Screen candidates to evaluate their qualifications to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews providing candidates with a positive recruitment experience.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand company staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with driving schools and other recruiting vendors.
- Maintain uptodate records of recruitment activities and applicant tracking systems.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma Minimum.
- Proven experience in recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in developing and managing recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with workforce planning and talent acquisition metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Problemsolving and negotiation skills to address complex recruitment challenges.
Compensation and Benefits
- Commision Based
- 1099 Position
