Job Summary:
The Data Center Operations Analyst for the Client Spares Readiness team (part of Data Center Central Operations) will support data accuracy efforts for various workstreams including spare parts data governance new zone setup and projectbased spares management. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy managing supplier onboarding and providing support for operational projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Accuracy and Spare Parts Management:
- Support spare parts data governance and ensure accuracy for new zones and new product introductions (NPI).
- Manage projectbased spares collection and creation of General Product Numbers (GPN).
- Resolve Purchase Issue Records (PIR) and ensure inventory accuracy.
Inventory and Vendor Management:
- Resolve technical vendor issues within the procurement process.
- Ensure accurate spare parts inventory and manage supplier onboarding and support.
- Support the Data Center Bug SLO (Service Level Objective) and FixtheRisks projects.
Reporting and Syncs:
- Provide weekly syncs and reports on spares data and inventory management.
- Submit a highlevel monthly metrics report to stakeholders.
New Zone Turnup:
- Coordinate with contractors to establish inventory levels for new data center zones.
- Set up and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and part numbers for spares.
Product Lifecycle Support:
- Manage endoflife part replacements and track product revisions in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
- Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and new part number creation.
Project and Operational Support:
- Provide support for operational tasks like the FixtheRisks program.
- Complete and improve analytics to deliver reporting for key actions.
