Mathematics Teacher Sought for Reputable Secondary School in Redhill

They are seeking a passionate and skilled Mathematics Teacher to join their dedicated faculty. This fulltime permanent position offers a unique opportunity to inspire young minds and shape their mathematical understanding.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and engaging Mathematics curriculum to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. This role entails creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking problemsolving and a lifelong appreciation for the beauty and relevance of mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver captivating Mathematics lessons that align with the national curriculum and the schools educational ethos.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement participation and confidence in their mathematical abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Mathematics department and across the school to enrich the learning experience.
- Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and educational best practices in Mathematics teaching.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelors degree or higher in Mathematics or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level.
