Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Contract Type: FullTime

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oneonone and small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers parents and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching materials and strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and record student progress providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
- A relevant qualification in education or SEN support is advantageous.
- Patience empathy and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and work effectively under pressure.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
