Assignment Start Date: 11/4/2024

13 weeks Nights 10hr shift 40 hours weekly

This position provides specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical services on an inpatient and outpatient basis in the areas of Internal Medicine Family Practice Pediatrics General and Orthopedic Surgery Anesthesiology Radiology Urology Optometry/Ophthalmology Psychiatry Ear/Nose/Throat (ENT). The purpose of this position is to serve as the Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist and is responsible for the technical operation of Computerized Axial Tomography equipment and the processing of radiographic film.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of (3) three years of CT Technologist experience.
• Must have expertise in operating teleradiology and fax equipment.

Education:

• Must have completed radiology training from an AMAapproved school of Radiology or have completed an MRIspecific education program that includes both didactic coursework and clinical training which meets the standards set by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT).

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Must have and maintain a current Arizona State License in Radiology and MRI and current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiology RT(R).
• Must have and maintain a current certification through the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
• Must have and maintain a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

EMR System: Allscripts experience preferred

Shift: 4 x 10s Monday through Thursday 8p6a; Subject to change

Orientation: Every two (2) weeks only
