Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense prior to starting. This position can work 100% remotely (within the state of WI).
This request is for a programmer/analyst for the DCF Family and Economic Support Technical Services (FESTS) Section child support systems and will provide expert level programming and analysis for KIDS Mainframe and distributed applications on projects with federal state administrative mandate. The program is a large/complex (1000 program 400 table) MVS/COBOL/DB2/CICS system with additional .net distributed applications. Successful candidates must have proven development experience in MVS/SAS/COBOL/CICS/DB2/TSO/JCL languages and also some Microsoft .Net Web development experience. Candidates will have experience with structured analysis and design as well as an understanding of full Systems Development Life Cycle. Project duties will be to work as a programmer analyst and part of a team to develop and maintain child support applications.
