Job Description
Job Title: J2EE Lead Developer (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of J2EE applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews unit testing and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and trends in J2EE development.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in J2EE development.
- Experience in leading development teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of Java JSP Servlets EJB and other J2EE technologies.
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and API development.
- Understanding of database technologies (SQL Oracle etc.).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
