Job Description
Job Title: L3 support
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience collaborating with agencies and business units to gather and interpret business requirements translating them into technical and security infrastructure needs resulting in architecture design documentation that includes data flows system interfaces authentication methods and more.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of Solution Architects and Level 3 Operational/Technical support staff ensuring effective communication and a clear understanding of both technical and business concepts.
- Experience in spearheading the adoption of modern technologies essential to the organizations core mission including but not limited to DevSecOps Cybersecurity Cloud Computing AI technologies and BI/Data Analytics.
- Skilled in partnering and collaborating with stakeholdersincluding business units IT teams and external vendorsto communicate technical and business strategies effectively.
- Experienced in evaluating new products to ensure they align with business requirements and adhere to IT policy compliance.
