Roles and responsibilities
Multi skilled engineer to carry out Installation, fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, calibration and planned preventative maintenance of the ELV / ICT systems, The main purpose of this position is to be able to independently handle and support multi technology ELV / ICT equipment of our various clients, provide best customer experience by effectively managing any kind maintenance request as per the service scope.

Job Purpose
- Responsible for preparation of cost estimation, proposal & contract agreement.
- Expert in preparing cost estimation with the objective of reducing costs and maximizing gross margins. Managing deviance from the actual and targets set during the periodic P&L review meetings
- Establishing a proposal library of all bid-related forms, formats, and customer communications. Create and update all sales related to MIS.
- Site visit - attend site visit, capturing all technical scope/commercial inputs from site.
Key Accountabilities
1: Process Management
- Creation of Bids.
- Managing and prioritizing workload.
- Bid/No Bid management.
- Follow Bid Process.
2: Administration & Quality
- To design and manage the creation of bid related materials
- Manage and control bid related stationery
- RFP and bid related documentation control
- Developing case studies, client profiles and other supporting documentation that showcases AFE FM capability
3: Management Information
- Manage and update all sales related MIS
- Proactively manage the renewal of all existing contracts
4: Build strong lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Clear communications with all customers
- Liaise internally with all departments especially HR, finance, operations and commercial
5: Performance of AMC
- Execution of AMC, Casual jobs efficiently with in the budget and ensure profitability of the same
- Generate revenue from refurbishment / retrofit works

Desired candidate profile
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- CEP (Certified Estimating Professional Certification)
- 5-8 Year previous experience of cost estimation with leading FM Companies
- Computer skills
- QATAR Driving License
- High level of expertise on word, excel, power point
Minimum Experience
- 5- 8 years of previous experience of cost estimation with leading FM Companies

- Ability to understand and work with commercial requirements like plan cost, budgets limits, profit, and loss
