You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCarry out both routine and planned maintenance and repair activities on crane and associated components parts Comprising of but not limited to hydraulic system, pneumatic system, winches, sheaves, ropes etc.
Performs major and minor repairs, inspections on crane and associated components parts comprising of but not Limited to hydraulic system, pneumatic system, winches, sheaves, ropes etc.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine the root causes of problems.
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment manuals in the troubleshooting process.
Maintain proper records of consumables usage and disposal to update Equipment Controllers.
Communicate and exchange information on equipment maintenance & repair data with relevant personne.
Installation and Assembly:
Install and assemble various types of cranes according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on cranes and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and standards, including OSHA requirements.
Conduct safety inspections and assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Testing and Calibration:
Conduct tests on cranes after maintenance or repair to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.
Calibrate equipment and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and modifications made to cranes and equipment.
Prepare reports on equipment status, performance, and any issues encountered.
Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical / Equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the related position.
Must have good knowledge of equipment maintenance drawings, repair procedures.
Must have Knowledge and experience and troubleshooting of the following crane Liebherr Or DEMAG Or GROVE, Tadano.
Experience working with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of crane mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectively.
Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
Safety Awareness:
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to crane operations and maintenance.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Communication Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members.
Ability to train and educate operators and other staff on safety and maintenance practices.

High level of attention to detail in inspections, documentation, and maintenance procedures.
