Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment systems, including hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, and diesel engines.
Troubleshooting Skills: Strong ability to diagnose issues and malfunctions in machinery, using diagnostic tools and manuals to identify problems.
Repair and Maintenance: Proficiency in performing repairs and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and practices relevant to working with heavy machinery, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Welding and Fabrication: Skills in welding, cutting, and fabricating metal parts as needed for repairs or modifications.
Equipment Operation: Familiarity with operating heavy equipment to test repairs and ensure proper functionality.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness when inspecting equipment and completing repairs.
Record Keeping: Ability to maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Physical Stamina: Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting heavy components and working in various weather conditions.

Technical High school Certificate and AC Technician qualification certificate.
Diploma Preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the related position.
Knowledge / experience and troubleshooting of the following crane; Liebherr Or DEMAG Or GROVE, Tadano.
Familiarity with various types of heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, cranes, loaders).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and diesel engine mechanics.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
Skills in welding, fabrication, and general mechanical repairs.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members and reporting to supervisors.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Safety Awareness:
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety standards.
Physical Requirements:
Physically fit and able to lift heavy components and work in varying weather conditions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts, as needed.
