Key Tasks

Incident Solving
- Resolve known errors using SAP Notes Knowledge Base articles and documentation.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide effective solutions.
- Strive for high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions (elearning remote classroom).
- Document knowledge through WIKI entries and Knowledge Base articles.

Additional Tasks
- Engage in weekend or 24/7 support activities as required.
- Report errors to development teams.
- Contribute to Knowledge Management initiatives.

Support Without Incidents
- Participate in projects that align with organizational goals.
- Assist with realtime support (chat) alongside experienced support engineers
Skills and Competencies
Required:
- Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills.
- Ability to assess plan and troubleshoot while gathering customer information.
- Solid understanding of Internet technologies.
- Familiarity with general business terms and processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
