- Proven ability to engage stakeholders understand business processes and deliver strategic solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture and integration solutions focusing on configuration over custom coding.
- Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex Lightning Web Components and related technologies (Aura JavaScript CSS HTML).
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce project delivery experience and 3 years in a lead role with handson experience in Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Public Sector Solutions.
- Skilled in Agile Kanban Scrum and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps.
- Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Architect Salesforce Platform Developer Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Business Analyst Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Omnistudio Developer
- Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance
