Position Description
We are looking for our new manager intern aspiring to lead projects with a deep sense of accountability and good organizational skills.
You are looking for a challenging opportunity to gain valuable skills in Entrepreneurship Management and Leadership while having a lot of responsibilities
You are keen on developing and leading a team and at the same time working on your own initiative and achieving multiple goals within deadlines. You embody a growth mindset and a proactive and dedicated approach.
This internship takes place in Sicily and starts in November/December 2024.
Requirements
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Good organisational skills
Studies in Business Economics or similar field
Excellent English skills spoken as well as written
Know how to prioritise tasks
Analytical mindset
Motivation to learn continuously and drive projects forward
Strategic thinking skill
Responsible and committed work attitude
Prior work experience is an advantage
Strong sense of ownership and pride in their work
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Assisting and supporting the CEO in various projects
Strategic planning and organisation of teams
Contribution to decisionmaking
Leading projects and departments
Corporate communications and problemsolving
Managing our Project Management tool
Please Note: The internship will be entirely in English.
