Requirements:
- Experience or clinical time in inpatient care skilled care or LTC.
- Successful completion of a licensed practical nurse program from an accredited college.
- Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Iowa.
- Must possess and maintaincurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red cross
- COVID Vaccination
- Iowa license (Compact Allowed)
- BLS (AHA)
