Job Description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO the COO will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business ensuring the alignment of operational strategies with organizational goals. This position requires a dynamic leader who can navigate the complexities of the FinTech landscape while driving efficiency and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include managing technology projects overseeing application quality assurance and ensuring the delivery of highquality services to clients. The COO will also work closely with the customer support team to strengthen relationships with outsourced providers focusing on delivering an exceptional client experience. This role will require a willingness to adapt to changing environments and the ability to lead teams through periods of digital transformation and growth.



Requirements

Work Experience: 10 years

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in FinTech operations and technology project management
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to guide teams and manage resources effectively
  • Proficient in application quality assurance and testing processes
  • Experience in customer support management to enhance relationships with outsourced providers and improve client experiences
  • Indepth knowledge of payments remittances and digital transformations
  • Proven track record in startup environments or project launch/golive experiences
  • Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10 years of experience in operations management with a focus on FinTech or technology sectors
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong understanding of application quality assurance processes and customer support dynamics
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and project management methodologies
  • Willingness to work remotely initially with a commitment to relocating to the Dominican Republic as soon as possible
