Position Overview
Our client a prominent manufacturing facility just west of Miami specializes in grey iron foundry operations and is dedicated to environmental compliance. They are seeking an Environmental Engineer with expertise in Title V regulations and experience collaborating with regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:Lead environmental projects including site investigations assessments and remediation plans.
- Compliance Strategy:Develop strategies to meet environmental regulations focusing on hazardous waste management.
- Environmental Risk Assessment:Identify environmental risks associated with plant operations and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Sampling & Monitoring:Design and implement monitoring plans for air land and water pollution.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze environmental data to ensure regulatory compliance and prepare detailed reports for management and agencies.
- Regulatory Evaluation:Stay current on changing environmental regulations to ensure compliance with the latest standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Environmental Engineering Environmental Science or a related field.
- Experience:
- Knowledge of Title V compliance and hazardous waste management.
- Proven experience managing environmental projects.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and risk assessment methodologies.
