Position Overview
- Location: Lancaster California (Onsite 5 days a week)
- Relocation Requirement: Candidates must live within a reasonable commute or be willing to relocate.
- Compensation:
- Base Salary: $50000 $60000
- OnTarget Earnings (Year 1): $80000 $100000

Role Summary
As a Claims Negotiator you ll play a critical role in driving the success of our client s personal injury law firm. We are looking for candidates with a strong personal injury background who can contribute to our exceptional success rate.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 1 years of personal injury negotiation experience required.
- Industry Knowledge: Personal injury law firm experience is essential.
- Proximity: Preference given to candidates within commuting distance of Lancaster CA.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Viangelo Valley is an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $50000 $60000 base pay.
- Uncapped Bonuses: Ontarget earnings between $80000 $100000 in the first year.
- Relocation Support: Candidates willing to relocate will be considered with relocation interviews conducted via Zoom.

- Phone Screen: Initial discussion to assess qualifications.
- InPerson Interview: Meet with the hiring manager.
- Relocation Candidates: Zoom interviews available if relocating.
