Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager for our fastgrowing team who will serve as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients overseeing all aspects of client relationships and advertising campaigns.This role is suitable for a curious and enthusiastic individual with a passion for digital innovation advertising and technology.


Pay Scale

Our budget range for the role is INR 30000 INR 40000 per month.


Location

This is a fulltime onsite opportunity. Our office is located at Churchgate Mumbai.

Responsibility

  1. Build and nurture strong longlasting relationships with clients acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within the agency

  2. Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each clients objectives target audience and budget

  3. Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns from conception to completion ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines

  4. Manage client budgets effectively tracking expenses and ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI

  5. Work closely with internal teams to translate client requirements into creative concepts and deliverables providing guidance and feedback throughout the process

  6. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients analysing key metrics and recommending adjustments to optimize results

  7. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients and participate in pitches and presentations to secure new business



Requirements


  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business Administration or related field
  2. Proven experience of 23 years in account management or client services within the advertising industry
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and internal stakeholders
  4. Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities with a track record of developing successful advertising campaigns
  5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  6. Proficiency in project management tools and advertising platforms
  7. A passion for advertising and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
