Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Implement the schools vision mission and strategic plan.
- Ensure alignment with Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) standards.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence innovation and inclusivity.
Academic Oversight
- Oversee curriculum development implementation and evaluation.
- Monitor student performance progress and achievement.
- Ensure compliance with Cambridge assessment frameworks.
Teaching and Learning:
- Foster innovative teaching practices.
- Support teacher professional development (e.g. Cambridge International Diplomas).
- Ensure effective use of educational technology.
Student Wellbeing and Pastoral Care:
- Ensure student welfare safety and inclusivity.
- Develop and implement student support programs (e.g. counseling mentorship).
- Foster positive relationships with students parents and staff.
Community Engagement:
- Build relationships with parents alumni and local stakeholders.
- Promote the schools reputation and brand.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
Cambridge Specific Responsibilities:
- Maintain Cambridge International School status.
- Coordinate Cambridge exams and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Cambridge standards and regulations.
Other Responsibilities:
- Represent the school at local and international events.
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices.
- Ensure school policies and procedures are uptodate.

- Proven experience as a Principal or Senior Leader in a Cambridge school.

- Familiarity with international education trends and best practices.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Cambridge International Diplomas (e.g. Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers).
