The PMO Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and planning of digital products within the organization. This role will involve collaborating closely with various stakeholders including the CEO and later the COO or CTO to align project goals with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management particularly in the FinTech sector and demonstrate the potential to transition into a Product Manager role.
Key responsibilities will include managing project timelines ensuring effective communication between teams and facilitating API integrations. The PMO Manager will also focus on business development initiatives and product enhancements to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.

- Willingness to work remotely initially with the potential to relocate to the Dominican Republic soon

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus). Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
