Job Description
In Ringwood in beautiful countryside surroundings our client is looking for an experienced Room Leader to join their busy team excellent salary c 28k plus fantastic benefits based on a 40 hr working week. Lots of room for progression with this provider.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
