Requirements
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and Grading: Inspect and sort fruits and vegetables for quality size and ripeness.
- Processing: Wash peel chop and package produce according to company standards.
- Machine Operation: Operate processing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of produce during processing and report any issues to supervisors.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient production.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
