Our team consists of licensed Professional Engineers (PE) certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) certified professional with Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) licensed General Building Contractor and other industry designations. We can provide entitlement development design procurement construction management project management expert witness and litigation support services on a variety of building types. Our experienced team have provided these services to successfully deliver various facilities for public school districts college districts universities commercial developers hospitality owners multinational CM/PM consultants and other valued clients.

This is a fulltime position with Los Angeles Unified School District. The ideal candidate will provide electrical design work and coordinate with staff and engineers. They will review construction drawings for code compliance support inhouse projects and prepare electrical estimates. They will assist Design Managers conduct virtual DSA backcheck appointments and visit sites to verify conditions. The candidate will resolve electrical issues guide project sites needing power upgrades and assist with electrical scope for modernization projects. With three years of professional electrical design experience or valid Professional Electrical Engineer registration a bachelors in Electrical Engineering is required. Preferred skills include understanding new code requirements and updating District design guides.
