Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Remote (MST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decisionmaking across our retail operations. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to uncover trends and opportunities within our ecommerce channels driving datadriven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze internal and external data to identify trends and correlations providing insights to support business decisions.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Forecasting & Predictive Modeling: Use statistical techniques to create forecasting models guiding inventory management and sales projections.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Marketing Finance and Operations to provide datadriven recommendations that optimize processes.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality standards ensuring accurate and reliable information for business decisions.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Bachelors degree in Business Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI with strong SQL skills.
- Familiarity with systems like NetSuite Shopify and Google Analytics preferred.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience with Shipstation and FedEx systems.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
