Job Description
Ready for a new career opportunity in Greece We are hiring Germanspeaking Technical Support Agents to join our team!
What Youll Do:
- Provide technical support to clients through various channels
- Deliver fast professional solutions and build solid customer relationships
- Log customer interactions in our CRM system
- Troubleshoot technical issues with research skills
- Collaborate closely with colleagues for efficient problemsolving
What We Offer:
- Monthly salary: 1300 performance bonus up to 10%
- 100 bonus upon training completion
- Relocation bonus: 300 after 6 months plus an additional 300 after 12 months
- Remote training in English (15 days fulltime)
- Monday to Friday 09:00 21:00 (rotating shifts)
- Workfromhome setup with all necessary equipment provided
- Extra pay for Greek holidays & overtime
- 3 additional bonuses per year (Christmas Easter Vacation)
- Full relocation support including flight airport pickup and temporary accommodation
What You Bring:
- Fluency in German (C2)
- Good command of English (B2)
- Strong technical skills
- Positive and proactive mindset
