About the Role
Were looking for a motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our production team! In this role youll play a key part in creating highquality printing inks and coatings while ensuring safety and efficiency. Youll operate a variety of manufacturing equipment follow detailed instructions and maintain a keen eye for quality.
What Youll Do
- Safety First: Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures including proper use of equipment and protective gear.
- Production Expert: Operate manufacturing equipment perform changeovers and make adjustments to meet product specifications.
- Quality Control: Utilize gauges and measurement tools to verify product quality and identify any deviations.
- Team Player: Communicate effectively with your team members to ensure smooth production flow.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Adaptability: Be willing to crosstrain on different workstations and learn new processes.
What Youll Need
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a production environment (Required)
- 1 year of experience operating machinery (Required)
- Previous manufacturing and forklift experience is a plus!
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Schedule:
- 8hour or 12hour shifts available (including overnight shifts)
- Overtime opportunities
- Monday to Friday with potential for weekend work
