Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Stock
- Ensure all shops sales operation is properly carried out.
- Ensure that the inventory control system is adhered to and maintained.
- Monitor stock situation and take necessary corrective actions.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of the shops presentation.
- Investigate all stock discrepancies.
Customer Service
- Ensure all guests are well attended to.
- Handle all guests related issues factually.
- Analyze guests feedback/complaints and suggestions to prevent reoccurrence or make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that our image and standard of service is consistently abided by.
Staff
- Orientated new staff and develop and implement training programs to upgrade the staff.
- Handle all staff issues e.g duty rosters annual leaves guidelines etc.
- Train staff in sales techniques product knowledge and customer service.
- Supervise and motivate staff to maximize sales and to promote personal growth.
- Counsel and discipline staff when necessary.
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Thorough understanding of stores procedures and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to keep accurate records.
